  • Do you plan Disney and Universal vacations?

-Yes. Disney and Universal are constantly evolving, and we keep our finger on the pulse of all updates, policies, and best practices. We create organized and elevated theme park experiences including resort guidance, dining suggestions, ticket support, and park navigation tips. Our goal is to simplify the process and help you enjoy your time without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Do you book Four Seasons and other luxury resorts?

-Yes. In a world filled with abundant destinations and premium resorts, we take the time to understand your preferences and match you with the perfect luxury experience. We work with Four Seasons, premier Caribbean resorts, higher end all inclusive properties, and a curated selection of boutique hotels. Our insight helps ensure your stay aligns with your travel style and expectations.

  • How do payments work?

-All payments are processed through secure, encrypted supplier portals or official booking links, providing full transparency and protection for your reservation. We do not store your card information. Payment schedules vary depending on the supplier and the type of trip, and we will always guide you through each step.

  • Do you charge planning fees?

-We can plan many trips with zero planning fees. Some itineraries, such as fully customized European trips, require additional hours of research, coordination, and detailed planning to ensure the absolute best possible experience. In those cases, a professional planning fee may apply. You will always know this upfront before we begin.

  • Do I need travel insurance?

-We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. It protects you in cases of illness,cancellation, delays, lost luggage, and other unexpected events. Without coverage, many travelcomponents may be fully nonrefundable. You will have the option to review and either accept or decline insurance.

  • What if something goes wrong during my trip?

-You are never alone. If an issue arises, we help communicate with the supplier and explore available solutions. Our role is to support you, guide you, and advocate for you while you are traveling.

  • How far in advance should I plan my trip?

-For popular destinations, cruises, luxury resorts, and school break travel, planning six to twelve months in advance is ideal. For theme park vacations, early planning helps secure better resort and dining options. If you are unsure, reach out and we will guide you.

  • I have never used a travel advisor before. What should I expect?
